Triangle Golf Outings Trip Advisory The Inn on Ticonderoga San Diego, CA After brunch Roger took me on another tour,
this time the Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial. It was fitting that on Easter
Sunday, we had a chance to pay our respects to the memorial of Marine Captain
Barry P. Fleming, son of Brother Barry and Mary Fleming. On the opposite side of the memorial are
the memorials to the retired service men and women. There we found the
memorial picture of Suzanne’s and Roger’s daughter, U.S. Army Captain Carolyn
Schlicht Corbin (Ret.), now the proud mother of Roger and Suzanne’s 11
month-old granddaughter, Louisa Grace Corbin. Carolyn’s husband, Capt. Chad
Corbin, is currently stationed at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
